When you participate in Home Energy Solutions^SM-Income Eligible, a certified technician will perform a no-cost energy assessment and provide on-the-spot energy-saving services.

You may receive:

Safety tests on heating equipment
Gas leak and furnace repairs
A smart thermostat installed for you
Air sealing to reduce drafts
Water-saving devices

You may receive incentives for additional upgrades based on the technician’s assessment. That could include a $500 voucher to replace an inefficient refrigerator, incentives on efficient heating and water heating equipment, and up to 100 percent off a recommended insulation project.
